
Almond Croissant Pancake Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/8 tsp Almond Essence (or Vanilla)
Filling
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Topping
- ¼ cup Almond Flakes
- Icing Sugar, optional dusting on top to serve
Method:
- In your Decor Microsafe container, add egg, almond flour, almond milk, maple syrup and almond essence. Mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup. Add/swirl into container.
- Top with almond flakes and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until liquid has absorbed.
- Dust with icing sugar to enjoy!
