Chocolate Mug Cake
The perfect dessert for one - a Mug Cake using our 450ml Microsafe Soup Mug!
Ingredients
Serves: 1
Cooking time: 3 minutes
- 50g butter
- 50g brown sugar
- 20g cacao
- 75g self raising flour
- 10g desiccated coconut
- 50g (yes, grams) of milk
Method
- In the 450ml Microsafe Mug, melt the butter (we suggest leaving the lid on and vent open to avoid a butter explosion).
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Place the mug in the microwave uncovered and microwave on high for 1 minute
- Top with more desiccated coconut shaved chocolate or other desired toppings.
