Easter Egg Rocky Road
Perfect for a party or a sweet treat, this rocky road recipe is sure to become a favourite in your household! This is a fantastic Easter slice recipe for the festive season and a great way to use up your leftover easter eggs!

Cooking time: 2 hours
- 500gms chocolate of choice (milk, dark or white)
- 1 cup marshmallows, chopped into small pieces
- 5 cups plain biscuits, chopped into small pieces
- 2 cups leftover Easter eggs
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave.
- Mix through the chopped marshmallows, biscuits, and Easter eggs until everything is evenly distributed.
- Line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper.
- Pour the rocky road mixture into the tin and smooth it out evenly. Add additional chopped Easter eggs if you have them.
- Refrigerate until set and cut into squares before serving.
