White Chocolate & Raspberry Slice
Breakfast on the go never looked better! Indulge in this delicious breakfast slice rich with antioxidants from fresh berries and fibre from the cereal! Make this quick and easy slice to fuel your day or use as an easy school snack for the kids!
Ingredients:
- 6 cups High Fibre Cereal (eg Cheerios)
- 1 punnet Raspberries
- 500g White Chocolate
- ½ cup Coconut Oil
Method:
- Line your container with baking paper, leaving some paper to overhang to easily lift when set.
- Pour cereal straight into your slice container and scatter raspberries on top.
- Melt and combine white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave.
- Pour melted chocolate over cereal. Use a spatula to coat cereal and distribute chocolate evenly across the container.
- Place in the fridge and allow to set for at least three hours. Once set, take out of container, cut into slices and enjoy!
- Keep stored in the container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
