Almond Croissant Pancake Bowl

Each bite offers the soft, airy texture of a perfectly cooked pancake, complemented by the satisfying crunch of almonds and a sweet finish. It’s a comforting yet wholesome twist on a morning favourite, perfect for slow weekends or impressing brunch guests. Top it with fresh berries or a drizzle of maple syrup for an irresistible start to your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg 
  • ½ cup Almond Flour 
  • ½ cup Almond Milk 
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 
  • 1/8 tsp Almond Essence (or Vanilla)

Filling

  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter 
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 

Topping 

  • ¼ cup Almond Flakes 
  • Icing Sugar, optional dusting on top to serve

Method:

  1. In your Decor Microsafe container, add egg, almond flour, almond milk, maple syrup and almond essence. Mix to combine. 
  1. In a separate bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup. Add/swirl into container.  
  1. Top with almond flakes and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until liquid has absorbed.  
  1. Dust with icing sugar to enjoy!
