Protein- Packed Egg Breakfast Burrito

Kickstart your day with this protein-packed egg breakfast burrito – bursting with flavour, nutrients, and ready in minutes! Made using the Decor 3-in-1 Egg Cooker, it’s the ultimate breakfast hack for busy mornings!

Ingredients:

  • 2 free range eggs
  • ¼ cup feta
  • A sprinkle of your favourite seasoning (we love Olga’s Fine Foods)
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • Cheese slices (optional but highly recommended!)
  • Handful of fresh spinach, washed
  • 2 whole meal wraps (or wraps of your choice)

Method:

  1. Cook the eggs using the Décor 3-in-1 Egg Cooker, crack an egg into each cup (1 per cup). Add crumbled feta and your favourite seasoning. Microwave according to instructions.
  2. Once cooked, allow the eggs to cool slightly before handling.
  3. Assemble your burrito. Spread a generous layer of mashed avocado onto your wrap, then layer on the egg, cheese slices, and spinach.
  4. Roll each burrito tightly. Optional: toast in an air fryer or a hot pan until golden and crispy on the outside.
  5. Slice in half and enjoy immediately, or wrap for on-the-go breakfast bliss!
