
High Protein Crunch Wraps
Looking for a high-protein meal that’s quick, easy, and full of flavor? These crispy crunch wraps are packed with protein, super satisfying, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. If you’re tired of boring meals, this recipe is a delicious way to switch things up!

Ingredients:
5 x small tortilla wraps
Mince:
- ½ Onion, diced
- 300 grams beef mince
- ½ cup passata
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Salt
- Pinch of pepper
Toppings:
- ½ cup tasty cheese, grated
- ½ corn chips
- 3 spring onions finely chopped
Method:
- Heat a frying pan & drizzle with oil.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Add mince to pan, breaking up with a wooden spoon cooking until browned. Add passata, herbs, spices, salt & pepper. Cook until ready to make your crunch wrap.
- Heat a separate frying pan and drizzle with a splash of oil.
- Place four wraps overlapping on the edge of the frying pan. Place the fifth wrap on top and in the centre of all wraps.
- Top the centre wrap with mince, cheese, spring onions & corn chips.
- Using a spatula, gently check if the bottom wraps are lightly browned. Gently fold in the surrounding wraps towards the centre (the centre wrap should be fully covered by surrounding wraps). Using your hand to hold the wraps in place, use the spatula to flip the wraps. Once browned and golden, remove from pan and use a knife to cut wrap into portions (we cut six).
