Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 cup kale (packed, stems removed)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
Optional Add-ons:
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for extra fibre and omega-3s)
- ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger (for a zesty kick)
- Juice of ½ lime (for a tangy twist)
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
