Raspberry Baked Oats

This raspberry baked oats recipe is so delicious. We love utilising produce that is fresh and in season, even better when we can use them in a great dish we can have for a yummy breakfast or snack. This recipe uses oats and nuts but all can be substituted to make coeliac friendly or nut and dairy free.


Ingredients

• 200g Oats

• 30g Vanilla protein

• 2 bananas

• 1-2 tbsp honey

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 Handful of shaved almonds

• 150g raspberries, divided

• 480ml milk of Choice


Toppings

• Vanilla or plain Greek yoghurt

• Walnuts


Recipe

1. Mash Bananas inside your Decor Glass container

2. Add the rest of ingredients (apart from the raspberries) and mix until well combined

3. Add half of the raspberries and fold to the mix

4. Add the other half in the top, sprinkle with shaved almonds

5. Bake 180C - 30 min to 35 min

6. Cover with yoghurt to serve
